 Each piece begins as an original design created by Sun Angel Blossom and is produced according to our specifications by skilled professionals.

 Due to the nature of fine jewelry and natural materials such as gemstones and metals, slight variations in color, size, or shape may occur. These variations are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

 3. Pricing & Payment

 All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

 We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods processed through Stripe.

 We do not store full credit card information. All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

 Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

 4. Made-to-Order Policy

 Most of our jewelry is produced after your order is placed.

 Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipment.

 Production time does not include shipping time.

 5. Shipping & Delivery

 We are proud to offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders.

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using a secure, insured shipping method.

 Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

In the rare event that your package is officially declared lost or damaged while in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us promptly and we will process a replacement or store credit.

Sun Angel Blossom is not responsible for:

 • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

 6. Returns & Exchanges

 Due to the made-to-order and customized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

 We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

 • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

• The original packaging must be included.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

 We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
